Powdered erythritol can be used just like sugar in everything. It's a very fine powder with a similar texture to icing sugar so dissolves very quickly. It is ideal for recipes where a faster dissolving and finer sugar is needed. It's perfect for icing sugar, ice cream, meringues and can also be used for any recipe just like the granulated erythritol.
