Chocolate Caramel Mug Cake!

Chocolate Caramel Mug Cake!

Quick & Easy, Indulging and only 2.5g NET CARBS! 😍💚

Ingredients:

2 tsp coconut flour
2 tbsp dark cocoa powder
1 heaped tbsp NKD Living Erythritol Gold
Sprinkle of NKD Living Powdered Erythritol (for dusting, optional)
1 organic free-range egg
1 tbsp melted butter OR melted coconut oil

Directions:

1. Mix the coconut flour, dark cocoa powder and NKD Living Erythritol GOLD in a small cup until there are no lumps.
2. Add the egg and mix well with a spoon.
3. Add the butter or coconut oil and mix well with a spoon until smooth.
4. Pour the mixture into a greased microwave-proof mug, you may use a nob of butter or unmelted coconut oil for greasing.
5. Heat on high power for 40 s. The cake will appear slightly underdone and there will be a chocolatey mixture left in the bottom of the mug but I would use this a topping sauce. Be aware not to cook for too long or the cake will be too dry.
6. Serve immediately with whipped cream, ice cream, or our 0 calorie preference; a sprinkle of NKD Living Powdered Erythritol!
