|1.||Whisk together the almond milk, pumpkin purée, calorie-free maple syrup, spice, and vanilla stevia extract in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk constantly, until mixture is heated and then blend until frothy.|
|2.||Pour hot espresso into a mug, then top with pumpkin-spice milk mixture from the saucepan. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice (optional)|
