Sugar-free Pumpkin Spiced Latte

You know winter is coming when the autumnal Pumpkin spiced Latte makes it's appearance, and we love this delicious sugar-free version created by foodie Sophie West with NKD Living vanilla stevia extract.

Ingredients:

1 cup almond milk
2 tbsp pumpkin purée
1 tbsp sugar-free/ zero calorie maple syrup
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice, plus more for garnish
1 espresso coffee

Whipped cream (optional)

Method:

1. Whisk together the almond milk, pumpkin purée, calorie-free maple syrup, spice, and vanilla stevia extract in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk constantly, until mixture is heated and then blend until frothy.
2. Pour hot espresso into a mug, then top with pumpkin-spice milk mixture from the saucepan. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice (optional)
