Coconut Protein Balls

1 x tbsp Cocoa Powder
50g x Desiccated Coconut
2 x tbsp high quality Crunchy Peanut Butter 
1 x tbsp Ground Flaxseed 
75g x Raisins 
100g x Chopped Nuts (of your choice)


1.Place the chopped nuts in a food processor and blitz to a crumb consistency.
2. Add the raisins, peanut butter, ground flaxseed, cocoa powder, NKD Living Stevia Liquid and blitz in the food processor to combine the mixture. 
3.Shape the mixture into small golf sized balls and roll in the desiccated coconut. 
4.Place in the fridge to firm for 20 mins, then eat whenever you need a quick energy boost.
