💚 2 tbsp Cider Vinegar
💚 3 tbsp Olive Oil
💚 1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika
💚 Salt and Pepper
💚 1/4 tsp Garlic,
💚 1/2 head Green Cabbage, thinly sliced
💚 1/2 head Red Cabbage, thinly sliced
💚 1 Carrot, ribbons
💚 1/3 cup Coriander,
💚 1 Spring Onion,
💚 Handful Pumpkin Seeds
1. Mix all the dressing ingredients together.
2. Mix all the prepped vegetables in a big bowl.
3. Pour in the dressing and mix well.
3. Sprinkle in the pumpkin seeds.
