Sugar-free Scone Recipe

Summer is just round the corner, meaning it is the perfect time for some Sugar-free Scones!


πŸ’š225g Self raising flour
πŸ’šA pinch of salt
πŸ’š55g Butter
πŸ’š25g NKD Living Granulated Erythritol
πŸ’š150ml milk
πŸ’š1 x Egg, beaten


1.Β Heat the oven to 220C/425F/Gas 7, lightly grease a baking sheet.
2.Β Mix together the flour and salt and rub the butter into the mixture
3. Stir in the NKD Living Granulated Erythritol Β and milk to create a soft dough. Place the mixture onto a floured surface and knead lightly.

Pat the mixture out until 2cm thick, using a cutter ( roughly 5cm wide) cut out rounds using the mixture and place on a baking sheet.

Β 4.Β Brush the tops of the scones with the beaten egg and bake for 12-15 minutes until well risen and golden.
Β 5.Β Cool on a wire rack and serve with clotted cream and sugar free jam.


Make sure to top it off with some Jam or Cream or Butter!
