Nkd Living Pumpkin Ghost Donuts

These bootiful Pumpkin Ghost Donuts are low in sugar and calories thanks to our 100% natural, zero-calorie Powdered ErythritolWe’ve even managed to sneak some veggies in there… it really is magic! 

For the donuts:
💚 ½ cup of Pumpkin Puree 
💚 ½ cup of Powdered Erythritol
💚 ¼ cup Vegetable Oil 
💚 ¼ cup Nut Milk 
💚 1 cup of All-Purpose Flour 
💚 1 tsp Baking Powder 
💚 1/8 tsp Nutmeg 
💚 ¼ tsp Ginger 
💚 ¼ tsp All-Spice 
💚 1/2 tsp Cinnamon 
💚 Pinch of Salt  
For the icing:
💚 125g NKD Living Powdered Erythritol
💚 50ml Almond Milk 


  1. Preheat oven to 180C. 
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients for the dough together in a bowl.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the mix and mix until all lumps are removed.
  4. Fill a piping bag with the dough mixture and pipe in the holes of a greased donut mould. 
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the knife comes out clean.
  6. In the meantime, mix together the Powdered Erythritol & Almond Milk to form your icing.
  7. Once cooked, let the donuts cool and dip them in to the icing.
  8. Decorate with eyes for a Halloween themed donut.
  9. Enjoy!
