We’re celebrating our first Sunday brunch of the season with a recipe that looks super fancy but is actually super easy - because we’re all about #NKDITEASY on a Sunday morning!

 

INGREDIENTS:
💚 Two Slices of Bread
💚 2 Eggs
💚 Splash of your favourite milk/alternative
💚 Pinch of Cinnamon (optional)
Filling: 
💚 Fresh Raspberries
For drizzling:

METHOD:

1. Whisk together your eggs, cinnamon and milk, then lay your bread in the mixture to soak for a couple of minutes (flipping over half way). Then simply pan fry the bread in a little butter or oil until golden and crispy.

2. Slice in half, fill with fresh raspberries and a sprinkle of NKD Living Powdered Erythritol.

3. Drizzle with NKD Living Naked Syrup & enjoy!
