NKD Living Low Carb Pizza

 Celebrate National Pizza Day with a drool worthy keto & vegan friendly pizza made with NKD Living Coconut Flour, Almond Flour, & Psyllium Husk

INGREDIENTS:
2 tsp of Baking Powder 
1/4 tsp of Garlic Powder 
1/4 tsp of Salt
1 cup of Water 
1/2 tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar 

METHOD:

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the water and vinegar.
  3. Mix everything with as spoon and then knead the dough for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Make into a ball and leave it rest for 10 minutes.
  5. Roll the dough (not too thin) and then fold the edges to make the crust.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes at 220C.
  7. Add your toppings & return to the oven for extra 15 minutes.
  8. Enjoy!
