Celebrate National Pizza Day with a drool worthy keto & vegan friendly pizza made with NKD Living Coconut Flour, Almond Flour, & Psyllium Husk.
METHOD:
- Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the water and vinegar.
- Mix everything with as spoon and then knead the dough for 1-2 minutes.
- Make into a ball and leave it rest for 10 minutes.
- Roll the dough (not too thin) and then fold the edges to make the crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 220C.
- Add your toppings & return to the oven for extra 15 minutes.
