Ingredients:
2 Avocados
90g NKD Living Powdered Erythritol
300ml Dairy Free Milk
60g Pistachios (plus more for the top)

Method:
1. Blend together the avocados, milk, erythritol and pistachios.
2. Spread over a dish or bowl, cover with chopped pistachios and freeze for at least 4-5 hours.
3. Enjoy!
