💚 Natural Yoghurt
1. Mix all the almond cookie layer ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Crumble on a baking tray and bake for 8-10 min at 170C until golden.
3. Crumble roughly with a rolling pin or with the bottom of a glass.
4. Start layering the trifle, starting with a layer of almond cookie. Add a layer of yoghurt, strawberries and blueberries. Repeat until you have filled your jar!
