METHOD:
1. Mix the ingredients of the compote together in a saucepan and bring to boil until it thickens.
2. Make a circle in the middle of the Pastry sheet and add a layer of Nuts/Seeds in the middle, followed by cinnamon and the Cranberry and Raspberry Compote.
4. Remove the corners and fold all the sides to the middle.
5. Bake at 180C for 20-25 minutes until golden
6. Sprinkle with NKD Powdered Erythritol, slice & enjoy!
