NKD Living Cookie Dough Baked Oats

These Cookie Dough Baked Oats are a delicious way to start the day! The perfect balance between breakfast and dessert, what else can you wish for? 

 

Ingredients:
💚 1 cup old fashioned Oats
💚 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
💚 pinch of Sea Salt
💚 1 small/medium banana 
💚 2 Tbsp Cashew Butter
💚 1 cup Almond Milk 
💚 1 tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips
 

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180C
  2. In a blender, combine oats, baking powder, sea salt, banana, cashew butter, almond milk and NKD Living Granulated Erythritol. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into an oven safe baking dish. Stir in dark chocolate chips until covered.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden.
