NKD Living Almond Flour Crackers with Sweet & Savoury Dips

Accompanied by sweet and savoury dips for some serious no-fuss, healthy dunkinā€™ action!

These low-carb crackers are madeĀ using our NKD LivingĀ Almond Flour and the sweet dip is made using our Award Winning Powdered Erythritol (1 starĀ Great Taste Award, 2020!)

INGREDIENTS:
For the dips:
šŸ’• 1/4 cup of Cream CheeseĀ 
šŸ’•Ā Sweet version: 2 tbsp NKD Living Powdered Erythritol
šŸ’•Ā Savoury version: 1/4 tsp Salt and 1/2 tbsp Chopped Chives
For the crackers:
šŸ’•Ā 2 cups NKD Living Almond Flour
šŸ’•Ā 1/2 tsp of Salt
šŸ’•Ā 1 beaten Egg
šŸ’•Ā Sesame Seeds
šŸ’•Ā Optional: 1/4 tsp of Onion Powder, Rosemary and Oregano
Method:
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add the egg and mix well,Ā forming a smooth dough.
  3. Place the dough between two large pieces of parchment paper. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough out into rectangle (about 0.2 cm thick).Ā 
  4. Cut into squares or rectangles, sprinkle sesame seeds and press lightly.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and bake 8-12 minutes until golden.
  6. While the crackers are baking, divide the cream cheese between two bowls. Into one bowl, addĀ NKD Living Powdered Erythritol to make a sweet dip. Into the other, add salt and chopped chives to create a creamy savoury dip.
  7. Enjoy!
