Method:
1. Combine the protein powder, baking powder, salt and coconut flour in a large mixing bowl. |
2. In a separate bowl mix the eggs,vanilla extract, softened butter and double cream, combine both mixtures together with a wooden spoon. |
3. Heat up a pan with coconut oil. |
4.Test the heat by dropping a slither of the mixture in, if it fries, use a ladle to pour the mixture into the pan. The mixture should create 5 medium sized american pancakes. |
5.Leave the pancake cook and when you see bubbles forming on the top wait for them to pop. When the holes remain after popping the pancake is ready to flip. |
6.Use a spatula to flip the pancake in one swift motion and let it cook on its other side for approx. a minute. |
