|Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas Mark 4.|
|Line a rectangular cake tin (27cm x 17.5cm x 3.5cm) with greaseproof baking paper.|
|Add 75g of the chocolate into a glass bowl positioned over a pan of simmering water, then add the butter. Once melted,take the bowl off the pan, chop the remaining chocolate into small chunks and set aside.|
|Whisk the eggs and sugar together using an electric mixer until thick and doubled in volume. Pour the melted chocolate into the mixture and gently fold, then sift in the flour and cocoa and fold the mixture together. Lastly stir in the remaining chocolate.|
|Pour the mixture into the cake tin and spread the mixture into the corners.|
|Place in the oven and bake for 20 mins, or until the middle is just set and a crust has formed on the top.|
|After 20 minutes, remove from the oven and leave to cool in the tray, finish by dusting with NKD Living Powdered Erythritol.|
