Looking for a hump day pick me up? Piece of cake (well, Crumble…)
For the crumble topping:
|1. Place the fruit, NKD Living Granulated Erythritol, honey and water in a saucepan.|
2. Heat on a low heat for 5 minutes until the fruit starts to soften.
|3. Divide the fruit among 4 ovenproof ramekins.|
4. Place the butter and flour in a bowl and rub in using your fingertips until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs, add in the ground almonds and 2 tbsp of NKD Living Granulated Erythritol.
|5. Spoon the mixture over the fruit, sprinkle with the NKD Living Granulated Erythritol Gold and bake for 30 minutes until the crumble is golden.|
