Valentines Caramel & Almond Fudge Hearts

All you need is 4 ingredients and 3 minutes of your time... candles and valentines mood setting music and a person to share them with - optional! 

This delicious fudge heart recipe was created by instagram blogger @misstuffcookie - so we all have her to thank for this quick & simple but completely indulgent sugar free recipe.

Ingredients:

90g Almond Butter (we used Meridian Foods)
1/4 cup Coconut Oil
a pinch of pink salt

Method:

1.  Melt the almond butter, coconut oil in a pan on medium heat
2. Add 10 drops of NKD Living caramel flavoured stevia drops and a pinch of salt then stir until well combined
3. Fill a heart shaped ice cube tray with the mixture and place in the freezer for 20-30 minutes
4. Remove and share with your loved ones!
