The perfect treat for Halloween, these easy cinnamon rolls are made with just 6 ingredients, plus edible eyes for the perfect spooky finishing touch!
We use Erythritol Gold with cinnamon to get a lovely sweet seasonal flavour in the rolls, with our Powdered Erythritol creating the most divine 100% sugar-free icing. Give them a try!

- Total time: 45 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 x puff pastry sheets
- 200g butter
- 4 tbsp cinnamon
- 4 tbsp NKD Living Erythritol Gold
- 3 tbsp NKD Living Powdered Erythritol
- Edible eyes
METHOD:
- Preheat your oven to 200 degrees and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.

Melt the butter in a saucepan, gently unroll your puff pastry sheets and pour the butter evenly over the sheets, leaving a one inch gap
along the long sides. - Combine the cinnamon and Erythritol Gold in a bowl and mix well
- Sprinkle the mixture over the melted butter.
- Cut your pastry into strips, place your hands along the shorter side and roll into cinnamon rolls.

Using a fork, press down along the edges that overlap so that they join.
Add to the baking tray and leave gaps between each roll so that they can expand. - Place in the oven for half an hour or until the tops are golden brown. Then remove from the oven and leave to cool.
- Mix the NKD Living Powdered Erythritol with a bit of water and drizzle over the baked rolls!
- Add eyes onto the icing sugar and press down slightly so they stick. Enjoy!
