Sugar-free Mojitos

TGIF… 💚 
And what’s better the sun is shining, so have a drink on us! You deserve it, especially when it’s as good as our Sugar-free Mojito.

Ingredients:

60ml x White Rum
A handful of fresh Mint
1 x Lime Juiced
Soda Water
1 x tsp NKD Living Erythritol Granulated

Method:

1.Add the lime juice, NKD Living Granulated Erythritol and mint leaves in a small jug and bash the ingredients with a muddle ( If you don’t have a muddle the top of a you rolling pin works well).  
2. Pour the mixture into a glass and add a handful of crushed ice.
3. Pour the rum into the glass and stir the mixture, top with soda water, garnish with the remaining mint and serve.
