Try our after-workout favourite smoothie with Kiwi, Banana, Blueberry, Yoghurt and a touch of our Zero Calorie Powdered Erythritol, simple, delicious and of course no added sugar!
Ingredients:
1 x tbsp NKDLIVING Powdered Erythritol
2 x tbsp low fat natural yogurt
75g x Blueberries, 5 saved for garnish
1 x Banana
1 x Kiwi
Method:
1. Peel and roughly chop the Kiwi and Banana. |
2.Place of all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth. |
3.Taste adding more NKDLIVING Powdered Erythritol if needed and serve decorated with extra blueberries. |
