What is erythritol?
Erythritol is a natural zero calorie sugar replacement, that can be used to sweeten just about anything! Sprinkle over fruit and even bake with it just like sugar!
As part of the “sugar alcohol” family, Erythritol is a naturally derived sugar from corn and passes straight through your body undigested.
Therefore, erythritol does not affect blood glucose levels and has zero net carbohydrates! This makes it the perfect sugar alternative for diabetics, low carb “keto” dieters and anyone reducing calories. No corn is present in the product, it is 100% erythritol

Granulated erythritol has the same texture as regular sugar so is great for hot drinks and baking, though for some recipes out powdered erythritol works better especially when a fast dissolving or smooth texture is desired, such as meringues and ice cream.
Powdered erythritol has a very fine texture similar to that of icing sugar, it dissolves very fast and due its consistency it has a sweeter taste. Its perfect for making icing sugar and recipes where a fast dissolving or smooth texture is desired, such as meringues and ice cream.
