The erythritol + stevia blend 1:1 can be used just like sugar in everything. It's great for recipes that require granulated sugar (caster sugar) such as sponge cakes.
It is the sweetness of sugar therefore 100g sugar = 100g erythritol + stevia 1:1. Please see our recipes for further help.
