
🥞 185g NKD Living Almond Flour
🥞2 tbsp NKD Living Granulated ErythritolÂ
🥞1 tsp baking powder
🥞5 large eggs
🥞70ml unsweetened almond milk
🥞50ml avocado or coconut oil
🥞1.5 tsp vanilla extract
🥞pinch of salt
🥞Toppings (Blueberries, Streaky Bacon and Naked Syrup)
METHOD:
1. Whisk all ingredients together until smooth, as a rule of thumb start with the dry and then add the wet!
2. Heat a pan on the stove on a medium heat setting. Add a dollop of coconut or avocado oil to your pan. Drop the batter onto the hot pan and make circles. Cook for 1.5 - 2 minutes or until bubbles start to form in the centre of the circles and then flip and cook for a further 1.5 - 2 minutes.
3. Serve with your favourite toppings! Sophie loves blueberries and bacon, with a guilt-free drizzle of Naked Syrup!
