Easy Bake Plum & Peach Galette

Make the most of the British plum and peach season with this easy bake galette! Fruity and scrumptious with a sweet Erythritol Gold caramel kick, it's a delightful bake for feeding a crowd.Β 


πŸ‘ 2 plums, sliced
πŸ‘ 2 peaches, sliced
πŸ‘ 1/3 cup NKD Living Erythritol GOLD
πŸ‘ 1/4 cup corn starch
πŸ‘ 1 tsp vanilla extract
πŸ‘ 1 sheet ready roll shortcrust pastry

πŸ‘ Preheat the oven to 200C
πŸ‘ Toss together the fruit with the erythritol, cornstarch and vanilla extract.
πŸ‘ Pile the fruit mixture in the center of the pastry and then just simply bring the edges of the dough up over the fruit, overlapping and gathering the pastry as needed to form about a 2 1/2 inch edge crust.
πŸ‘ Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling at the center.
πŸ‘ Allow to cool for at least a half hour before cutting.
